Our privacy policy gives you details of what personal details (let's call this the information that can be used to identify you) we gather about you, how we may use it, and the choices you have in relation to our use of this information.

My School Direct LTD will collect, process, store, and use the information to; make payments to school, to make sure that retailers reward schools correctly for your transactions with them, to provide you with customer support, to answer your queries and in a manner consistent with the terms of this privacy policy.

When you shop with our retail partners, you may be required to reveal personal information about yourself. This will be subject to the retailer's privacy policy and not ours, and it's your choice if you choose to provide them with information about yourself. We use "cookies" to as part of our process to track, record and monitor your transactions with retailers. Your computer browser will need to be enabled to use "cookies".

We give you the option of telling us how we can use your personal details. Please see the relevant part of our sign up web page. We will communicate details about us, special offers, items of interest to our members and transactions with retailers to you. We will ensure that your data is stored securely (at a level appropriate to this type of data). We have measures in place to restrict the access to this information.

We will retain your personal data for only as long as we need it, or as required by law and under the terms set out in this privacy policy. Your personal data may be disclosed if our our agents are required to do so by law or recieve a valid legal request from a UK law enforcement agency or if it is in the best interest of My School Directs aims as set out in the about us section of the website. You may revise any aspect of our personal data through your my account page.
